1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jaya9 VIP platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and support features available at jaya9-vip.org. By creating an account on Jaya9 VIP, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing Jaya9 VIP on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method.

Jaya9 VIP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and use Jaya9 VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Jaya9 VIP employee or contractor.

Jaya9 VIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Jaya9 VIP. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify Jaya9 VIP immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Jaya9 VIP will never contact you to ask for your password.
• Any activity that occurs on your account before you report a security breach is your responsibility.

Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof that the payment method you are using belongs to you. Verification is a one-time process and is required to protect both you and the platform from fraud.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Jaya9 VIP are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Jaya9 VIP does not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits are credited to your Jaya9 VIP account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawal processing time: within 60 minutes of approval
• Jaya9 VIP charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals
• Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit
• Withdrawals to a different mobile wallet require identity verification

Jaya9 VIP reserves the right to request documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all players. Withdrawals may be delayed if documentation is not provided promptly. Funds deposited on the platform must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, even if no bonus has been claimed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Jaya9 VIP offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period.
• Jaya9 VIP reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers — will result in the bonus being voided, winnings forfeited, and the account reviewed for closure.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on Jaya9 VIP are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check your bet details before confirming.

• Bets placed with insufficient funds will be rejected automatically.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Results cannot be influenced by the platform or by players.
• Jaya9 VIP reserves the right to void bets placed on games that were affected by a technical fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play. These are displayed within the game interface.

If you believe a game result was incorrect due to a technical fault, contact support within 24 hours of the affected session with your game round ID. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated. Jaya9 VIP's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jaya9 VIP. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or collusive means.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after wagering deposited funds.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jaya9 VIP staff or other players.

Jaya9 VIP actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional documentation. Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in permanent account closure.

8Responsible Gaming

Jaya9 VIP is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer tools that allow players to manage their own activity and set limits that reflect their personal circumstances. These tools are available to every account holder at no cost and can be activated directly from account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account if you need a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.

If Jaya9 VIP identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, we reserve the right to apply protective restrictions to that account, including mandatory deposit limits or temporary suspension, without prior notice. This is done in the interest of player welfare, not as a punitive measure.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Jaya9 VIP platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, logos, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the property of Jaya9 VIP or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

The Jaya9 VIP name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

Jaya9 VIP provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• Jaya9 VIP is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Privacy and Data

Jaya9 VIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with our legal obligations.

12Account Suspension and Closure

Jaya9 VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

• Accounts suspended for investigation will have withdrawals held pending the outcome.
• If an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after investigation, at Jaya9 VIP's discretion.
• You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.
• Accounts closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

13Amendments to These Terms

Jaya9 VIP may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Jaya9 VIP after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jaya9 VIP holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
